Changes to open files Not getting saved. (Only saves files opened in current session )

description

You may have many, many file open in your VS session. when you hibernate your computer or close the project and reopen it, Visual studio will keep those tabs open and you can continue to work in them.

However Local History ONLY saves those files that were opened during the current session, since the last VS restart or computer restore form hibernation. This means that a LOT of worked you thought was safe under local history was NOT backed up.

The workaround is to manually close and re-open every file - this is a pain in the ass and If you don't remember to do it your changes are not saved.

Please fix this behavior - or at least provide a single click option to reopen all open tabs.
